Cofferdam holds back the tides from the work area

A cofferdam is built, in the water, around the work area. Then huge diesel-powered pumps remove the water.


Floating docks will be located between these concrete pillars

Eventually, floating docks that move up and down with the tides will be located between these concrete pillars.
